The story starts out well: I ordered this product and received it promptly, and it was in the condition I specified. However, during the shipping period, I realized I no longer needed this product and went to the seller's profile to see if a return/refund was possible. Alas, the seller describes itself as more willing to not do business with you than to sell you something only to have you return it. They also said they rarely issue refunds. A pity, since I wouldn't mind getting $20 back. This is a good product, just be aware that if you purchase this, there are no backsies.
